Let's get FUNKY! My classroom motto is to LIVE FUNKY! My students and I have a dance party every Friday morning to kick off our day! Student engagement occurs when "students make a psychological investment in learning." I believe that student engagement highly impacts student success.

This gave them choice and was a good starting block for also reviewing the different place value forms of the number they created.
